Turtles...

I wrote a post a while back about a turtle that could "eat your hand off"  I wasn't joking. And, when my dad comes into town, he will catch it!

He did.  It took some will power, we had to switch on and off holding the pole...But we got him, late at night.  Bubba was in the water (I know, scares me to death that man does), Steve was holding the pole, and I was holding the light.  Steve kept the head above water while bubba stuck his hand in the water and grabbed this monster by the tail!  Turtle man, step aside, Captain Big Fish is on his way.

Don't worry, the turtle goes safely back in the water...No turtle soup for us...Just a fun day to show him off, then back to the wild he goes.

Sarah's Grad Party

 Nana and her girl

 Beautiful Graduate

 aww...family love ;)

 The Girls

 Sweet Kate loved cuddling Ambers
 Bubba and Nana
Sisters...Sarah was lucky they didn't start spazing....
 Love.

I love these...Sam and Abby have a pretty special bond.

I love how Abby and Elli have the same eyes....(and so does elli beans she always comments that her and Abby have the same hair and eyes :))

 Kacin's and Klenke's!
Bubba and Nana wrangling up the grandkids!

Doesn't get much better than this.

 My baby girl.
 "Nana...This is your nose."
 Playing Peek a Boo!
 Surprise!

Sarah, we are proud of you!  Looking forward to your next adventure!

Taylor's Grad Party

My "little" cousins are growing up and it is kind of blowing my mind....The fidgets aren't so figety anymore....

Pictures from Taylor's party.

Beautiful Momma and her two oldest girls (really, this was the best one...Which I think is hilarious because Elli is not looking and Sam's face is a half smile).  However, getting two girls to smile and look in the same direction at the same time is next to impossible.
Abby loved Aunt Tootsie!  She sat with her all day.
They had an incredible slip and slide!  It was so fun to watch!
Amber was a champ cousin (figit number 4) as always and helped the little ones.
 Sam is not so sure.
 4 generations
I think this is Dan's first time holding Abby (he is one of the figits).
Mike's second time holding Abby..He is the oldest figit a junior in college at MSU
Sarah the other figit...Just graduated high school as well.
 And Taylor the graduate!!!
I love this picture... The Klenke's, Taylor and Natalie
 cute.
Family :)

Congrats Taylor!  We are proud of you!

Baby Signing Time

This isn't a sponsored post at all (really, my blog only has 15 followers, no one would pay me anything to write about them...)

However, I LOVE baby signing time.  I always said I won't be that mom who teaches her kid sign language so they will never learn how to talk....Well, I teach my kid some signs, and she knows how to talk too.  So there.

From these videos we have learned SO much.  Now, Abby doesn't sit in front of the TV all day long...She watches one video when she wakes up from nap (and the occasional video over and over again when we are driving home from Chicago....and we don't want her to cry).

Just a few days ago I realized Abby learned "thank you" We never taught her that one (which we probably should have) we just stuck with things like more, all done, dog, water, milk etc.  Ones that would help with meals (and animals).  However, she learns....from videos.

Thank you baby signing time for teaching my kid to sign!
