Our little Abigail.

She is so sweet.

Recently she has been asking to hear the "Abigail Jesus Loves You" song.  When she was born Jen's mom bought her a CD that sings Bible songs and puts her name in the song.  She loves that CD now and will sing along with it.

She prays for our meals and prays before bed.  For our meals, sometimes it is just "Jesus, thank you for the food. Amen" So matter of fact. But it is adorable.  When she prays before bed she always thanks Jesus for the friends and family we saw that day.  She also usually remembers fun activities from the day and thanks Jesus for that.

She has started experimenting with her body.  She tries to do somersaults all the time, walks on her heels, and wants to climb on everything.  She climbs up on the potty by herself, washes her hands by herself, wants to wash herself when taking a bath, puts on her clothes.  She is becoming so independent.

She calls Lucy's head "delicate" and knows she can't touch it.  So sweet.

She potty trained herself.

She is always playing with babies...putting their diapers on, feeding them, giving them time outs and spankings (guess you can see what we have been working on), they sit on the potty, she puts them to bed.  It is so cute to see her be a little mother to her babies.  She hasn't named them yet, just wants them to be called "baby."

When she watches shows she is starting to interact. When they ask questions, tell you do to something, ask to find a color, she does it.  It is fun to see her respond to those things.

She LOVES her pacifier.  I don't know what we are going to do when we don't have it anymore....Maybe when she is three...I'm just stalling, I know.  She only has it at bedtime, but LOVES it so much.

She helps with laundry and puts all her stuff away in the correct drawers.

She plays independently.

She loves picking up flowers, rocks, pinecones, really anything outside.  If I kept all of the random outside stuff she has given me, I am sure it would fill up a laundry basket....

She loves stroller rides when I go running with Christine.  She gets her special treat (bagel) and her water and sometimes even falls asleep while running, I am excited for when she can ride her bike next to me when I run!

This time is so fun with her.  She is growing up so fast and I want to embrace every second of this season.
