Destin Weekend

We had so much fun on the last trip to the beach, we decided to go again.  This trip was so fun and we were so glad we rented a condo for the entire weekend.  

The condo complex was great, only a short walk/super fast drive to get to the beach where they had private parking so we never had to worry about loosing our spot.

One of the highlights was walking through the complex to the harbor.  This was Daddy's suggestion and I am so glad we did it!  We were walking along the boardwalk and spotted a turtle and a crab!  Mommy's critter catching came into practice and I laid on the ground, reached in and caught both of them!  I often have a hard time knowing what I "like" to do...One of my all time favorite things is to catch critters.  I mean, I am passionate about it.  I love sticking my hands in the water and coming out with a new little friend!

Lucy enjoyed walking on the golf course.

Another highlight was spending two days on the water.  Oh, that water is so beautiful!  There were huge waves.  In the water you can't do anything but laugh as the water pushes you down!  This is one of my favorite places to people watch.  The smiles on people's faces are incredible and for that split moment in the water they are loving life! It's beautiful!
